We seek to make growth equity investments of $10 million to $40 million as the first institutional investor in a company. We are comfortable investing as a significant minority owner with appropriate protections, or as a majority owner. We target companies with $10 million to $100 million in revenue that are growing rapidly and have profitable business models. Business Model.
