The Veterans of Foreign Wars - Old Ft. Harrison Post 2473 has a more than 75-year tradition. The VFW is a veterans' rights group and has helped establish the Veterans Administration, the GI Bill and the national cemetery service. Members across the country volunteer more than 11 million hours throughout the year and contribute 2.5 million dollars in college scholarships.
