Dr. Andrew Love founded Webster Groves Animal Hospital, P.C. on May 31, 1965. Initially Dr. & Mrs. Love ran the practice themselves in a small, two-story building. In 1984, the hospital was accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and joined an elite group of hospitals dedicated to providing pets with quality medical care. By meeting AAHA standards for comprehensive professional services, Webster Groves Animal Hospital, P.C. confirms the high standards that have always beenparamount in this practice. The new facility, at more than sixteen thousand square feet, has two floors big enough to house the ever-growing veterinarian staff, including two Board Certified Veterinary Practitioners. The new building, with two large parking lots, a large waiting room and a community room for public meetings offers more convenience for our clients and patients. Holiday Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM

At Seascape Studio, hundreds of brightly-colored saltwater fish swim among the coral. From the orbic batish to the lemonpeel mimic tang, the shop sells 859 species of fish.

The friendly staff knows all about saltwater sea life and is ready to offer advice to customers, whether they're shopping for urchins,  snails or just their very own Nemo. Seascape sells all saltwater supplies as well, from the aquarium to the fish food.

For customers who love the sea, but don't want to own fish, Seascape carries handmade jewelry and home decor with a modern ocean theme. While aquarium afficianados check out the fish, their landlubbing counterparts can peruse the bookmarks, cheese plates, glassware, handblown glass and artwork.

Kingsbury Animal Hospital was established in 1978 when Dr. Brammeier turned an abandoned Shell service station into his companion animal practice. Since then the doctors and staff of Kingsbury have provided veterinary and grooming services to the pets of the city of St. Louis and surrounding communities. With the help of architect Tom Cohen, Dr. Brammeier realized his professional dream of practicing in a purpose built, state of the art facility, when a new building was completed in 2004. The new facility was designed for efficiency in delivering veterinary medical services, but also creating a pleasant space for both the patients and their owners. We offer a unique, sensitive approach to pet health care. We take the time to listen carefully to our clients, and then make sure we are not moving too fast with the pets to avoid frightening them, or pushing them beyond their limits. We mostly work on the floor. When we do use an exam table, it is covered in a synthetic sheep skin mat. The flooring in the building is a sheet rubber for better footing, especially for our geriatric patients. Dr. Brammeier has completed three intensive courses in Applied Clinical Behavior with the North American Post-Graduate Institute. We welcome questions about our approach to veterinary medical care. Please send us an email, or come by for a visit and tour of our building. We always enjoy meeting new people and the pets that share their lives.
