Boston Center for Adult Education was founded by Dorothy Hewitt as a place where both women and men can gather to discuss a variety of topics and learn from each other for "the sheer pleasure of doing so." BCAE classes range in topics from the arts to physical health. It reserves the right to cancel classes in short notice, but it would refund up to 50-percent of tuition.
The Andover Auto School has been offering their services to students of driving age since the early 1980s. The school has been featured on Boston television news and has been recognized with distinction by the "In Control" program. The school's teachings focus not just on basic driving skills but on creating life-long driving habits to ensure customers learn how to drive and how to drive with respect. The school services many surrounding high schools and also provides adult and senior instruction programs.
