Mid-Del Technology Center, established in 1965, provides a variety of vocational education, training and technical programs. Located in Midwest City, Okla., the center offers various classes in industrial electricity, auto body and service, computer electronics and integrated networking, graphic communications, health science technology, cosmetology, and carpentry. It also provides adult education programs for Web designing, banking, medical transcription, welding, nursing assistance and child development. Its business and information technology program provides training in desktop publishing, graphic designing and video production, programming techniques, and database and Web site administration. It also offers an auto service program that includes automatic, transaxle, manual transmission, engine repair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, and electronic systems classes. Mid-Del Technology Center is part of the Mid-Del Public School District.
