I serve the Manhattan residential cooperative and condominium community as Vice President of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating and as President of Culligan of New York. As Vice President of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating, I am partly responsible for overseeing the execution of maintenance and repair services for Fred Smith Plumbing customers on a variety of mechanical systems. As President of Culligan of New York, I am responsible for overseeing all operations for New York City, Long Island and the surrounding areas.
