Dave Lennox Premier Dealer program helps participating dealers by providing them with an independent Consumer Satisfaction Survey program. In order to maintain their status, participating dealers must utilize this satisfaction program and must meet minimum standards for performance.Survey results are available online to these dealers 24/7, providing immediate feedback and an opportunity to address any problems. Customers of Littleton Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical are strongly encouraged to participate in this process.Those customers completing a survey are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for $500.
