Giancarlos Sicilian Steakhouse is Western New Yorks premier spot for fine dining, business meetings, private parties, and select off site catering.  Gabriela and Anthony Ragusa [sister and brother] opened Giancarlos in November of 2011. Giancarlos combines elegant dining with the warmth of a family owned, neighborhood environment.  The experience begins in our lively bar, which features bistro tables and booths for full-service lunch and dinner.  Our bar is highlighted by an incredible selection of Italian wines, craft beer, and artisanal cocktails. Our lunch and dinner menus are developed by Head Chef Nick Cee [Culinary Institute of America], and Anthony, who studied Culinary Arts in Florence, Italy at Apicius International School of Hospitality.  Giancarlos cuisine is inspired by the jewel of the Mediterranean, Sicily, and the great steakhouses of America.  We operate a from-scratch kitchen that is proud to use the finest ingredients. Our steak menu is exclusively Prime Certified Angus Beef or Wagyu. In traditional Italian fashion we believe that no great meal is complete without wine.  Fred Palmer, our Certified Sommelier, has created a renowned list centered on Tuscany, Piedmont, Sicily, California, and select international wines to complement our food.
