Sansum - Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic is a group medical practice, with more than 130 staff physicians practicing more than 30 specialties at clinics and branch offices from Carpinteria to Lompoc, Calif. Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic includes two multi-specialty clinics in Santa Barbara and numerous primary care branches throughout Santa Barbara County. The clinic serves the local community of Santa Barbara as well as patients who visit from throughout the country and the world. The Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic was formed on October 1, 1998 as a result of a merger between Sansum Medical Clinic and Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic, two of California s largest and oldest medical clinics. The union of the two medical groups into one offers patients improved access to physicians and services along California s South Coast.
