Since 2009, Burntshirt Vineyards has produced award-winning wines on 19 acres of planted vineyards in the Blue Ridge region of the Appalachian Mountains, where visitors can taste wines, tour the vineyards, and enjoy scenic mountain views throughout the year. At 2200 feet above sea level, Burntshirt sits on a former apple orchard where vines have access to maximum sunlight.

Saturdays in the spring and summer are very popular at Burntshirt Vineyards, when visitors can enjoy live music and food from local food trucks. Guests who wish to receive more personalized attention can visit on weekdays, which aren't typically as busy.

Admission to Burntshirt Vineyards
Burntshirt Vineyards does not charge admission to tour the winery. Wine tasting fees are $7.00 per person and include a selection of seven wines and a souvenir glass. Gourmet boxed lunches are available for purchase for $9.99 per person for visitors who wish to enjoy a picnic on the grounds.

Tours of the winery and production facility are a highlight at Burntshirt Vineyards. Offered at 2 p.m. daily, tours are complimentary and last about 30 minutes.
