Maintaining its corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, Calif., A.B.S by Allen Schwartz was founded in 1982. A.B.S s core collections encompass Sportswear, Dresses, Allen B. Denim and Allen B. Men s. Each collection is created with the latest trends in mind. In 2003, Schwartz partnered with Armand Marciano to grow the business, after he bought back the company from Warnaco. The multi-million dollar A.B.S by Allen Schwartz is sold domestically to department stores, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale s and Lord and Taylor. In addition, the clothing is sold internationally Asia, Canada, Europe and Australia. The company also maintains nearly five independently operated boutiques in the U.S.
