This yoga studio focuses on relaxation and connection of mind and body. Classes are taught 7 days a week and enrollment is formated in 4-week sessions. The styles of yoga offered here are Kripalu, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Intregal. There are also workshops offered on Saturdays and sunrise classes for early birds. Yoga studios are located on the second floor.
