Harmony Meditation Yoga Taichi is a Westfield-based yoga studio offering individual sessions, private sessions and workshops for building strength, stamina and endurance. The facilities of Harmony Meditation are located at 241 North Avenue West.
Hapi Yogi offers adult and children's yoga classes, which are kept small in order for instructors to provide personalized attention. The studio welcomes anyone of any age, gender and physical ability. While each instructor brings a personal touch to their classes, their mission is uniform: helping students reach their potential. Students may opt for one-on-one lessons, which are booked by appointment. Kids and adults practice concurrently, though in separate rooms.
Satsang is a yoga studio as well as a boutique that sells yoga clothes and accessories. The shop is located directly across from the Westfield train station.
