Chaise23 is a fitness studio that specializes in its own line of classes. These classes are a fusion of pilates, strength training, ballet and aerobics and last 40 to 55 minutes in length. Classes offered include cardio chair, "Butt Blaster" cardio chair, chair challenge, cardio chair express, TRX and more.
