The Sign of the Dove, formerly The Christmas Store, is a New England cooperative that is comprised of more than 50 artists and craftsmen. It has been operational for more than 35 years and is located in Cambridge, Mass. The artists make pottery, stained glass, weaving, jewelry, art clothing, quilting, beading, sculpture, dolls, leather, paintings, prints, wood toys and holiday ornaments. The Sign of the Dove also stocks a collection of cards, bookmarks, baby clothes, oils, porcelain jewelry, paper-framed art, silver cast jewelry, beadworks and mosaics. It also offers a range of fiber bowls, bags, vases, floor and place mats, peace cranes, glass and enamelled jewelry.
