Southwest Health is a growing not-for-profit community health care provider offering patient-centered personal care to residents of southwest Wisconsin and beyond. From our three facilities (hospital and Southwest Behavior Services campuses in Platteville and Epione Pavilion in Cuba City), our healthcare team provides a wide range of acute care hospital services, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, memory care, behavioral and mental health services, and physician clinics.
