Built in 1911, this two-story building houses office space and a grand room that can be used as aballroom, wedding site and reception or convention room. Measuring approximately 4,000 square-feet, The Attic's grand room can comfortably hold 150 people. The building is air-conditioned and heated and features a full, cater-ready kitchen, a bride's room, marble and tile bathrooms and original brickwork. Renovations have been made to include updated water systems, gas fireplaces, media-ready services, Wi-Fi and AV and sound-system capabilities.
