Sunset Development Property Management manages and maintains Bishop Ranch Business Park, a series of large office complexes in San Ramon, California. Bishop Ranch consists of about a dozen buildings with approximately 10 million sq. ft. of office, hospitality, health care, and retail space. Opened in 1979, the development includes more than 500 tenants, such as AT&T, Toyota, IBM, and Wells Fargo as well as innovative startups.
