Founded in 1954, Suwannee Lumber Company is one of the largest producers of cypress mulch, colored cypress mulch and pine bark in Florida. The company provides various types of soil, such as top, organic compost, potting, planting mix soil conditioner and earth nourish premium potting soil. It is a member of various associations, such as the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA), Mulch & Soil Council, Florida Forestry Association (FFA) and Florida Building Materials Association (FBMA).
