In April 2003, TVH Forklift Parts of Gullegem, Belgium, acquired SMH. TVH, which was founded in 1969, has 31 subsidiaries, sales offices and partners in 22 countries. Combined, SMH and TVH offer more than 400,000 stocking numbers and 9 million part numbers for over 90 different brands of world and U.S. manufactured industrial vehicles.
