Founded in 1971, Vandalia Christian School serves more than 700 students in prekindergarten through twelfth grade. It is an educational ministry of Vandalia Baptist Church. The school also offers before- and after-school care programs. The school conducts classes in reading, mathematics, language arts, advanced math, science, computer applications and fine arts. Vandalia Christian School s high school offers a range of college preparatory courses, including foreign languages and advanced placement courses. The school is affiliated with the American Association of Christians Schools. Vandalia Christian School has been recognized by various universities, including Campbell University, Duke University, A&T University and Western Carolina University.
