Vashon Island High School is an educational facility that provides a range of learning opportunities for more than 500 students in 9 through 12. It offers classes in math, science, English, physical education, social studies and music. The school also provides the Title I program. Vashon Island High School offers guidance counseling and food services. In addition, it operates a library and sports booster club. The school organizes basketball and softball tournaments and provides extracurricular activities in drama and chorus. Vashon Island High School operates a site council and parent-teacher-student association. It also offers special education programs for gifted and talented students.
