Yelena Shapiro, DDS, MS, is a conscientious, skilled, and personable general dentist who delivers exceptional patient care efficiently and accurately. Upon completion of her undergraduate program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, Dr. Shapiro pursued dental school. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. Dr. Shapiro then finished her internship and residency at Long Island College Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in implant dentistry. Dr. Shapiro is passionate about continuing her education because she wants to be able to offer the latest and most advanced dental treatments to her patients. She holds an additional certification in prosthodontics that she earned during her fellowship at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City.
