The Creve Coeur License Bureau, located in the Olive Arcade Plaza, is not technically a government office. It is independently contracted by the State of Missouri Department of Revenue to issue and renew driver's licenses, titles and registration for motor vehicles, outboard motors and boats. This office is operated by Ryker Enterprises Inc.
