LifeSpa is the premier center for natural health and Ayurveda in the United States. It was started in 1994 by Dr. John Douillard DC as a small Ayurvedic clinic and spa. Today, LifeSpa has grown to host a robust online store and self help database as well as a booming clinic, spa and cleansing center. We are located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in sunny Boulder, CO.
