He raised his boys Dale and Larry, to work in the business and take over after his retirement. Larry Mastry is well known and respected for his numerous awards and skills in the Tarpon tournaments, and knowledge of fishing the costal waters. Dale Mastry retired from operating his own shrimp boats to building the now famous Mastry line of fresh seafood.
