The McHenry County Government Center is a part of McHenry County in Illinois. It also maintains court administration, emergency management, facilities management, health, information technology, purchasing, water resources and human resources departments. The McHenry County government s planning and development department provides administrative, planning, community development, building permitting, inspection, subdivision review, and solid waste and stormwater management services. It operates the Division of Transportation, which is a full-service transportation agency that is involved with other agencies.
