McHenry County Sheriffs Office is a law enforcement agency that offers community policing and crime prevention services. The department provides investigation services related to theft, robberies, burglaries, sex crimes, domestic violence, and assault and financial fraud as well as night patrol, medical emergency response and traffic safety services. It operates in tandem with support and special services, civil processing, vehicle maintenance, court security, administration and records divisions.
