Raku is a pan-Asian restaurant with a menu that draws from many regional cuisines. Raku has two locations; this one opened in 2006. Specialties include pan-Asian light fare and dim sum, sushi and sake. Many of the items are recreations of traditional Korean, Chinese and Japanese staples; others are original, inventive fusion dishes.
