A Brand New Day is an assisted living facility authorized by the State of California to care for a maximum of 26 elderly men and women. Its the perfect size because we are small enough to provide a home-like atmosphere, yet large enough to offer great amenities and three shifts of well-trained and dedicated staff. We have built an excellent reputation in the communty since opening in 1998.
We provide secure care for those with Dementia and Alzheimers. Our two buildings have private and semi-private bedrooms and feature their own kitchens, dining, living and activity rooms to provide the best environment for the variety of our residents needs.

CareMeridian is a national outpatient rehabilitation and recovery network. It offers services in cardiopulmonary, cranial and spinal care and rehabilitation. It additionally has capabilities in serving pediatric patients. CareMeridian provides ventilator care.
Rosener House offers day care to older adults with physical or mental limitations. The center provides intellectual and creative stimulation with a variety of activities that encourage socialization. Offered health services include a registered nurse on staff, physical, occupational and speech therapies, support groups for family caregivers and more. Families can arrange for tours of the facility to make sure that their loved one will fit into the culture of the center.
The Poway Adult Day Health Care Center is a provider of day care and adult day health care services for adults suffering from disabilities, life-altering incidents, Alzheimer's, dementia and other conditions. This location offers both day care services for adults in need of companionship, community and assisted living and adult day health care services for adults in need of specialized medical and nursing services. The Anton Pointe is a small assisted living community where elderly residents have access to assistance when necessary but are simultaneously able to maintain their independence. The staff provides assistance with medications, grooming, dressing and local transportation, and the community offers exercise programs and a variety of other activities. The Anton Pointe accept patients who use wheelchairs, walkers or canes, or who suffer from incontinence or mild confusion.
Located in a quiet residential part of Novato and about half a mile from the Novato Fair Shopping Center, The Anton Pointe is a safe and easily accessible residential community.
