Crusader Clinic is a nonprofit enterprise that has been providing primary health care services in Illinois since 1972. The clinic offers optical, dental, medical, pharmacy, HIV and homeless services. Its optometry department specializes in complete eye examination and screening for the diagnosis of cataracts and glaucoma, as well as provides corrective lens prescriptions. The clinic s women s health services department provides prenatal care, gynecologic services and cervical cancer screenings. Crusader Clinic is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. The Crusaders Health Foundation supports the growth and development of the Crusaders Central Clinic Association.
