La Paloma Theatre, located on South Coast Highway 101 near the Encinitas sign, is a a favorite of regional movie and theater buffs. This location is full of history and it's been in the same location since 1928.
La Paloma features many underground and independent films not available in multiplexes. It also hosts concerts, with past performers including Eddie Vedder and Ralph Stanley. One local event happens every Friday night at midnight: a theater performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Largo at the Coronet is an art venue and bar located in West Hollywood. The venue offers patrons a wide array of performances, including plays and musical guests. Situated right in downtown Napa, Artists of the Valley Gallery is an offshoot of the Napa Valley Art Association. The gallery is a nonprofit run by the artists represented within the space as part of its duties for membership. Currently there are 52 artists represented. Works range in media from oil to acrylic paintings rendering wine country vignettes to pottery, jewelry, and paints on silk. The gallery features two artists a month. Proceeds from sales go toward scholarships for local schools. The Artists of the Valley Gallery is a current member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Villa Aurora is a Los Angeles historical landmark and artist residence. Originally built in 1927, it was home to émigré German-Jewish novelist Lion Feuchtwanger and his wife Marta. It was once a magnet for socializing among L.A.'s European émigré artists, writers and composers, including Bertolt Brecht and Thomas Mann as well as movie greats Fritz Lang and Charlie Chaplin. After undergoing restoration, Villa Aurora reopened in 1995 as an artist residence and houses Feuchtwanger Memorial Library, fostering German-American exchange in the fields of literature, music, art and film. The villa offers various cultural events during the year. Tours of the Villa arranged by appointment show the home's major rooms, the installed organ and its pipes and the front and rear patios.
Lu Martin Galleries features the Impressionist oil paintings and abstract watercolors of a number of artists. This gallery occupies a sprawling space in historic Gallery Row on N. Laser Quest is located inside of the Kaleidoscope mall off of Crown Valley Parkway. Laser Quest is great for birthday parties, private events and any other sorts of gathering. Children must be at least 5 years old to be able to participate.

In the summer of 1970, Marvin and Jan Klebe bought a two-room school house on the outskirts of Petaluma and started Cinnabar Theater. Their goal was to create a place where local talent could perform, collaborate and educate. Today, Cinnabar Theater is the only venue in Sonoma County that produces opera, musical theater, dramatic theater, chamber series, dance and special festivals. The Cinnabar Young Rep is a year-round program that offers classes, workshops, performance opportunities, summer camps and festivals, where children as young as 4 learn the art of the theater. T. Heritage Gallery is located near the corner of Pico Boulevard and 32nd Street. Tim Heritage currently shows his unique art collection at the gallery. He is currently working on several series of art, including his famous animal series, the abstract paintings, mixed media collages and acrylic sculptures. The Hiller Aviation Museum, located at the San Carlos Airport, is an aircraft history museum founded by Stanley Hiller, Jr. The museum specializes in Northern California aircraft and helicopter history. The Allied Arts Guild is a historic park area featuring beautiful gardens, shops, artists' studios and the Cafe Primavera restaurant. It is owned and operated by The Allied Arts Guild, which hosts public events and holiday celebrations throughout the year.
