St. Charles County Arts Council is an advocacy organization located on Village Center Drive in O’Fallon. The group works to provide support and information about the arts to the members St. Charles County, focusing on the development of arts in the community by fostering public awareness of arts activities. The organization works to encourage communication between visual, performing and literary artists and arts groups. It also sponsors art exhibits and festivals, meetings, workshops, cooperative displays and art shows. The organization maintains the Lilian Yahn Gallery for the hosting of art exhibitions and shows.
