Incorporated in 1994, Benihana, a Delaware corporation, is one of the largest operators of teppanyaki-style restaurants in the United States. Its teppanyaki menu consists of top sirloin, tender poultry, seafood and vegetarian entrees. The restaurant also offers a variety of sushi, wines, sakes, specilaity drinks and childrens menu. Benihana owns and operates 63 teppanyaki, 25 RA Sushi and nine Haru sushi restaurants. In addition, it manages 20 franchised Benihana restaurants in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
