Daniels Woodland Glass Arts Ltd. was started in 1976 by Denis and Janine Daniels. The studio is located in Wausau, Wisconsin, a setting long noted for its creative and cultural atmosphere. Both Denis and Janine have been involvoled in the arts since their youth and both received formal art training at the renowned School of the Art Institute of Chicago where they met.They later refined their artistic talents and techniques and applied them to the specialty of art glass. The current staff includes glassworkers, installers and shippers, all working with the same standard of quality that has been a hallmark of Daniels Woodland Glass Arts. Articles on Daniels Woodland Glass Arts Ltd. have been featured in Wisconsin Trails Magazine, Glass Art Magazine, Wisconsin Conservation, Wisconsin Restaurateur, The Milwaukee Journal, the LaCrosse Tribune, and other newspapers. In addition to the work in churches, commercial work includes international clients such as Trane Corp., Lands End, Marcus Corp., Gundersen Clinic and Marshfield Clinic. Many fast food chain stores have added Daniels glass to their decor...names like Subway, Hardees, McDonalds and Shakeys Pizza.
