You pile your choices of vegetables in a bowl, choose your meat, seafood or tofu, pass it to the chef and watch him cook it to perfection right before your eyes on the huge circular grill behind the counter. Rice and your choice of sauces are added last, and you certainly get your money's worth. The line moves fast and your food is cooked quickly, often ready when you are done paying.
