The "Asistencia" is a a historical landmark. It is a reproduction of the Mission San Gabriel's Estsancia outpost. The location houses a museum and historic rooms and also has a garden outside. Fire Station 263 is on West Pennsylvania Street, close to the Lugonia Homes and Lugonia Elementary School. The fire department, which was founded in 1888, believes in the motto of "Preserving the Past and Protecting the Future." This fire station was built in 1986.
