Chartered in 1882, Knights of Columbus is a fraternal benefit society that provides various related services. Based in Palmdale, Calif., the firm has more than 14,000 councils and 1.8 million members throughout the United States, Canada, the Philippines, Mexico, Poland, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Bahamas and others. It offers a range of activities that include officers materials, membership racing series, membership growth, program planning, leadership communications and council growth, to name a few. For its members, Knights of Columbus provides a host of other activities, such as knights of Columbus councils, Columbian squires, military knights and college knights, among others.
