Knights of Columbus St. Lawrence is named after the St. Lawrence church and school next door. The organization is a member of the National Knights of Columbus Association, which was founded in 1882 to promote charity, unity and fraternity. Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic Fraternal Service Organization. There are currently more than 1.8 million members in 15,000 councils across the world.
The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic, non-profit organization. Easton's headquarters includes a bar, kitchen and members room. The members room is equipped with shuffleboard and a pool table. Headed by Grand Knight Richard H. Wertz, Easton Council No. 238 has been existence since 1897.
The St. Agnes #4449 Council has been in the Catonsville community for 51 years. The Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic Fraternal Organization. The first meeting was held in the St. Agnes School Parish School Hall.

Knights of Columbus Council 2011 is located on Tower Hill Road. This organization has members hailing from North Kingstown, East Greenwich, Cranston, and Wakefield. The hall is available for special-event rentals and contains a full bar with three licensed bartenders. Council 2011 holds meetings twice a month (on the first and third Tuesdays of the month) and offers monthly breakfasts and twice-monthly dinners. In 2009, the council raised more than $40,000 for various charities. The council is led by Grand Knight V. J. Simonelli.

Council 1802, like all Knights of Columbus councils, is comprised of Catholic men ages 18 and older. It participates in charity work and community events. Meetings are at a new location, 3530 Biddle Ave.
