Genacross Lutheran Services-Toledo Campus, formerly Lutheran Home at Toledo, provides short-term skilled nursing care and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in The Labuhn Center, opened in 2012. The Toledo Campus also provides traditional long-term nursing care in a separate building. Memory care, respite care for caregivers, and hospice care also are available. Forty assisted living apartments are on the campus, and senior independent living communities, Luther Grove, Luther Hills and Luther Ridge, are located across the street.
