The Department of Economic Development and Workforce Housing is located in the H. Lee Dennison Building within the Suffolk County government complex off Veterans Highway. Run by Commissioner Yves Michel, this department helps businesses moving in and establishing themselves in Suffolk while helping its workers find housing to suit their needs. Offices for the Westchester County District Attorney are located in the Westchester Supreme and County Courthouse. The District Attorney's Office prosecutes almost 40,000 cases a year and is broken into five divisions. Divisions are broken down into bureaus.
The Grand Jury Bureau is under the Local Criminal Courts and Grand Jury Division, which prosecutes the majority of 30,000 criminal cases. The Grand Jury Bureau evaluates felony cases to be presented to a Westchester County Grand Jury.
