The Stark County Clerk of Courts recently opened a new location for a title office in the Center at Whitewood plaza, just south of Mount Pleasant Road. Situated next to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, this office handles auto titles and their fees and forms. It also deals with mobile home titles, lost or stolen titles and watercraft titles. The office is under the supervision of Stark County Clerk of Courts Nancy Reinbold.
