Howard L. Hall Classical Elementary School is a part of Cumberland County Schools and is located in Fayetteville, N.C. The school offers academic programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. It has a staff of more than 80 full-time certified teachers, including art and music professionals, speech specialists, occupational therapists, behavioral coaches, nurses, custodians and guidance counselors. The school teaches a variety of subjects, such as English, math, science, reading, basic skills, physical education and art. It maintains a parent-teacher association that sponsors educational and social programs. Howard L. Hall Classical Elementary School also provides meal, medical and transportation services to students.
