Dr. Ahmad Rafi received his first medical training in Anesthesiology/Pain Management in Ireland where he practiced for more than 7 years. In 2002, he relocated to Little Rock and received his second training in Anesthesiology/Pain Management at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Rafi proudly served our veterans for more than 7 years at the VA Hospital in Little Rock until joining PTCOA. He was co-founder of The Pain Center of Conway where he practiced Chronic Pain Medicine until 2013. Dr. Rafi joined Pain Treatment Centers of America in 2014 and brought his vast experience in establishing PTCOA to the highest standards. Dr. Rafi is a Fellow of The College of Anesthetists and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Pain Medicine and American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. He is a member of American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Pain Management, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and American Society of Anesthesiology.
