The Donut Shack offers freshly baked donuts and coffee at its location on Ritchie Hwy. The shop, which is always open, is a family business that started up in 1984. Its staff strives to always greet customers with a welcoming smile. Donut Shack donuts are made fresh daily and offer a special donut variety each day. There is seating available at the counter area, which provides stools.
One of the real genuine staples of the community, Carlson's Donuts has been selling out donuts in Severn since 1981. Despite its remarkable popularity, the quaint donut shop is seemingly smudged between other stores in a tiny strip mall off of Telegraph Road.
