Adron Tool is an electric discharge machining manufacturing company. Adron was among the first to recognize and utilize wire EDM as a production process. With more than 20 years of specializing in wire EDM, the company has completed thousands of production jobs for almost every industry. Adron has 50 high-speed wire EDM machines in all sizes, including one of the largest wire EDM machines available. As one of the largest wire EDM shops in North America, Adron can handle almost any kind of production EDM jobs. Through a comprehensive scheduling program in which jobs may be moved to various machines for optimal machine utilization, Adron is able to wire EDM jobs without interrupting the normal workflow. Wire EDM is a process for prototyping and production runs of 50 to 50,000 pieces because it requires no wait for expensive tooling to be built. Adron has the software to translate virtually every type of computer-aided design file and can program designs into the machine and put it into production immediately.
