Teton County Library wireless network provides open wireless Internet access for owners of wireless ready laptop computers. If your laptop has a compatible, working, correctly configured internal or external wireless card, you can access the Internet from the Librarys network. Check out our FAQs for a quick troubleshooting guide. If your laptop does not already have wireless capabilities, you can check out and install a wireless card and software. You will need to check out and install the wireless card software the first time you use it. On subsequent visits, you will need only to check out and insert the card. The network card uses the 802.11b wireless standard. These packages can be checked out at the Librarys Front Desk. Your computer needs to find and associate with the wireless network. This usually happens automatically. Teton County Library wireless network is called TCL and does not require passwords or user information. See Trouble Shooting Guide for tips. Library staff cannot assist you with your computer. The staff can test and confirm that our wireless network is up and running. There is no provision for printing from the wireless network. You may save your work to a floppy disk, CD or USB thumb drive and reserve computer time at the Librarys Computer Center to print documents. You maintain all responsibility for your laptop. The Library does not provide any virus protection. For your security, you may wish to turn off any shared files you have while you are connected to the Internet.

Porter Chopping, from whom we take our name, began doing business as a retailer in carpeting, plumbing, and electrical items for the homes and businesses of Fremont County in September, 1978 in a small establishment on Riverview Road in Riverton, Wyoming. Porter soon acquired some much needed and very able assistance from Lennie Kosirog, who, with his wife Gwen, had come from Chicago to settle in the wide open spaces of Wyoming. Under this able leadership, Porters Mountain View Supply has continued growing into the 21st century. As the community grew and changed, Porters modified its inventory to meet those changing needs, developing into one of the states largest retailers of wood, gas, and pellet stoves, hearth products, hot tubs and spas, outdoor and patio furniture and grills, plus audio, video, televisions, and satellite reception services. Both Porters locations, Riverton and Casper, are now authorized agents for Union Cellular, providing cell phone service to Wyoming residents. Porters has grown from a partnership of less than three employees, to a corporation that employs more than twenty-eight individuals. In that time we have moved from the Riverview Road location to a large showroom with extensive warehousing on East Sunset in Riverton, and in November of 2004 opened our second store on Denis Drive in Casper, Wyoming.

We added materials testing services in the early 1990s to respond to the requests of local contractors. In the mid 90s we invested in GPS technology. Seasonal work loads often require additional temporary help as well.Apex has always been focused on providing superior service. With multi-state licensure and CFedS credentials, Apex currently has two full time licensed professional surveyors, one full time licensed engineer, one licensed surveyor working part time and two EITs on staff. As well as talented crew chiefs and other office and field personnel. We were the first local firm to invest in total system surveying. Apex has more than ten years of experience with gps surveying technology and maintain up to date technology and field practices.
