The American Automobile Association Inc. (AAA) is an independent, not-for-profit organization, chartered and incorporated in the state. Located at Florence, Ala., it is a federation of affiliated automobile clubs which provides travel materials and touring information. All the American Automobile Association Inc. clubs provide free roadside assistance and free travel related materials/information to visiting foreign members. The organization operates more than 900 clubs throughout the United States. Its Show Your Card & Save (SYC&S) program offers savings in the United States and Canada as well as various countries around the world.
