Operated by Jenny and Heather Goldberg, Spork Foods offers cooking instruction and healthy eating consultation services. Cooking classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays, covering techniques for wheat-free, macrobiotic and vegan recipes. Classes are open to individuals or groups, and can be arranged for birthday and bachelorette parties. Package discounts and gift certificates are available. Jenny Goldberg was trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Culinary Arts in New York City.
Naturewell is a fresh juice and smoothie bar and organic bulk-bin grocery store. Bulk-bin items include granola, nuts, seeds, whole-grains and dried fruits. It also carries packaged vegan and raw food entrees and desserts (including vegan ice cream and ice cream cones), bottled waters, teas, refrigerated kombuchas and nut milks.
