Race Street Foods is a wholesale distributor of seafood, poultry, beef and pork products in the Bay Area. The company is a family owned business with more than 50 years experience. Based in San Jose, Calif., the company began in 1947 as a small family operation into an industry leading wholesale center of the plate (protein) distributor. Its 63,000 square foot wholesale distribution facility contains more than 40,000 square feet of refrigeration, which includes freezers, coolers, processing rooms and a loading dock keeping its products in a temperature controlled environment at all times. Race Street Foods procure and maintain a multi-million dollar inventory that consists of more than 1200 items.
